About TrustOffice
I built TrustOffice because I was tired of governing my own trust with a pile of Word documents.
When my wife and I set up our first private trust in 2021, I quickly realized that the hard part wasn't creating the trust — it was everything that came after. Meeting minutes that needed to look professional. Distribution decisions that needed to be documented properly. Records that had to be audit-ready if anyone ever questioned a decision. And no good tool to handle any of it.
I started consulting with other people on their trust packages and found the same story everywhere. Trustees doing their best with Google Docs, legal pads, and email threads — hoping it would hold up if it was ever scrutinized.

People helped with trust setup and management
Since then, I've helped hundreds of people set up and manage their trusts. That experience shapes every feature in this product.
I've spent my career in marketing, video production, and software — and more recently in AI automation. So when I was looking for my next project, the answer was obvious. I stopped waiting for someone else to build the right tool and built it myself.
That's TrustOffice. Everything I wanted as a trustee: AI-powered document generation that produces properly formatted legal language, a clear record of every decision, and a system that keeps you ahead of your obligations instead of scrambling to catch up.
I'm not a trust attorney. TrustOffice isn't legal advice, and I'd never position it as a substitute for qualified counsel on complex matters. What it is — and what I built it to be — is the operational backbone that lets you govern your trust the way it deserves to be governed, whether you're a first-time trustee or managing multiple trusts for a family office.
