TrustOffice is operated by AgenticTrust. TrustOffice operates a partner program that allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring new customers to our Services. This disclosure explains the financial relationships involved and is provided in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising (16 CFR Part 255).

1. Financial relationship

TrustOffice partners receive a commission when someone they refer becomes a paid subscriber. The commission amount and terms are specified in the partner agreement available at partner.trustoffice.app/program. Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of TrustOffice, and are responsible for any tax obligations arising from commissions earned.

2. Partner content and endorsements

Content produced by TrustOffice partners, including reviews, testimonials, social media posts, videos, and recommendations, reflects the honest opinions and experiences of the partner. However, partners have a financial relationship with TrustOffice because they may earn commissions on referrals. We require all partners to disclose this relationship clearly and conspicuously when promoting TrustOffice, as required by FTC guidelines.

3. FTC disclosure requirements

TrustOffice partners must include a clear disclosure of their financial relationship with TrustOffice whenever they promote the Services. This disclosure should:

• Be placed near the endorsement or recommendation, not buried at the bottom of a page or in a separate section.
• Be clear and understandable to the average reader, without legal jargon.
• State that the partner may receive a commission or compensation for referrals.
• Appear on all platforms where the endorsement appears, including video, audio, social media, and written content.

Example disclosure: "I may earn a commission if you sign up for TrustOffice through my referral link, at no additional cost to you."

4. Our own endorsements

TrustOffice may feature customer testimonials and reviews on our website and in marketing materials. These testimonials reflect the genuine experiences of the individuals who provided them. We do not compensate customers for testimonials, and we do not materially alter the substance of reviews we display. We reserve the right to remove testimonials that no longer reflect the customer's experience.

5. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party products or services. If we have an affiliate or referral relationship with any third party, we will disclose that relationship on the page where the link appears. We only link to products and services we believe may be useful to our audience, regardless of whether we receive compensation.
